Interested in learning a cappella?

We’re a non-audition, teaching music program, and our singers come to us with a wide range of experience and abilities. Do you like the idea of singing 4-part arrangements of contemporary popular music, from 50 years ago or last month’s TikTok trend, and all the decades in between?

Can you….

  • Carry a tune? Sing in harmony with others?

  • Learn new music (memorized for performance)?

  • Take direction from an instructor?

  • Commit to consistent weekly attendance from September through December, and our performance the weekend of Dec. 6-7?

Then PDX Vox may be a great fit for you!

We are accepting applications from new singers to join our waitlist for our fall semester. To apply, fill out an Enrollment Request Form and we’ll be in touch if space becomes available!

If you are interested in joining in the spring, please sign up for our Prospective Singer Email List and we’ll contact you when our spring enrollment phase begins, in January 2026.

Check out our choirs page for more details about our current semester.

Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive. Groups do fill up, so if you’re excited about joining us, we recommend signing up as soon as you’ve checked your calendar to see if you can commit to the semester. You might also want to subscribe to our Monthly Newsletter, to stay informed about what we’re up to.

Tuition for a full 13-week semester is $325, which can be spread out into monthly payments upon request. Our summer drop-ins cost $25 per 2-hour workshop.

We look forward to welcoming you to PDX Vox!
